Announcing theNew Epson 3LCD Laser Projector

Epson unveiled its new laser home theater projector at CES this week, the EF-100. Available in either white or black, it includes an adapter that provides Wi-Fi 5 connectivity, the Android TV operating system, and Google Assistant functionality. This adapter plugs directly into the projector’s sole HDMI port and is powered by a USB cable embedded in the projector. Once the adapter is connected to the projector and your network, you can enjoy content from your favorite apps, like Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and more, provided you’re already a subscriber. The EF-100 also includes two remote controls, each of which has a built-in microphone for Google Assistant interaction.
Outputting up to 2000 lumens of color and white brightness, the EF-100 can be used in most home settings, even with the lights on. It can be oriented vertically if you want to project onto the ceiling, and automatic vertical keystone correction helps ensure you have a properly squared-off image in most installation scenarios. With a 1.04 to 1.4:1 throw ratio, the projector can produce images from 22 to 150" on your screen or wall.
